Green Valley Recreation (GVR) and Quail Creek offer classes in woodworking, clay, fine art, glass, tennis, pickleball, piano, yoga, meditation, finance, dance, gardening, writing, Spanish, jewelry-making and much more. The offerings change every season, so there’s always something new to learn.
- Socialize with friends
Meet friends at the pool, at the sport court, at a restaurant, or on a fun day trip organized by GVR or Quail Creek. Additionally, GVR and Quail Creek make all the arrangements, including transportation, to enjoy a delicious lunch before a Broadway show in Tucson.
- Browse produce, plants, and unique arts and crafts at the weekly Farmer’s Market
On Wednesdays explore the farmers’ market in the Villages, near the corner of Esperanza and La Canada. Explore locally-made crafts, produce, and even buy a saguaro from the cactus man.
- Get some exercise
Continue with your favorite activity or learn something new. Visitors and residents love the many golf courses in the area. The views are stunning and the price is right.
