As an unincorporated community, Green Valley is primarily managed by Pima County for its municipal services. The Government complex houses Precinct 7 of the Pima County Justice Court, which manages traffic, civil, and criminal violations. You can get a marriage license and even get married by a Justice of the Peace there.
